OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES

1. SPONSOR

The A Weekend Worth Sharing Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Pine Brook Manor, Sparrow Bush, New York (the “Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, owners, representatives, agents, contractors, and affiliates of Sponsor, I LOVE NY, Pick OCNY, Fogwood & Fig, Foundry42, Erin Witkowski Studios, and any other participating partners, contributors, prize providers, or promotional agencies, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on February 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 14, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Instagram Entry Method

During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram:

  • Follow @pinebrookmanor, @iloveny, @pickocny, @erinwitkowskiphoto, @foundry42, and @fogwoodandfig

  • Comment on the Sweepstakes post and tag at least one (1) person (each unique tag counts as one entry)

  • Save the Sweepstakes post

Bonus Entry

Subscribe to Pine Brook Manor’s email list via the link provided on the Pine Brook Manor website or Instagram bio for one (1) additional entry.

Entry Limits

Unlimited entries per person via Instagram comments.

Limit one (1) bonus entry per person via email subscription.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses automated entry methods, fake or duplicate accounts, spam behavior, or any method deemed manipulative or in violation of these Official Rules.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

  • Two-night stay at Pine Brook Manor for two (2) guests
    Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 USD
    Redemption is subject to availability and blackout dates. Reservations must be booked directly with Pine Brook Manor. Sponsor reserves the right to approve all reservation dates. All weekends (Friday–Sunday) from September 1 through October 31, 2026. U.S. federal holidays:

    • Memorial Day: May 25, 2026

    • Independence Day: July 4, 2026

    • Labor Day: September 7, 2026

    • Thanksgiving Day: November 26, 2026

    • Christmas Day: December 25, 2026

    • New Year’s Day: January 1, 2027

    • Prize stay valid during off-peak months only and subject to availability.

  • One Pines Petite couples photography session with Erin Witkowski Studios, consisting of a thirty (30) minute session and twenty (20) professionally edited digital images. ARV: $750 USD. The photography session is intended to take place on-site at Pine Brook Manor during the winner’s stay and is subject to mutual availability of the winner, Sponsor, and Erin Witkowski Studios. If on-site scheduling is not feasible due to weather, availability, or other circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor or photographer, alternate arrangements may be made at their discretion, including rescheduling or an alternate location within the Hudson Valley.

  • One curated gift basket from Foundry42
    ARV: $250 USD

  • One $50 gift card to Fogwood & Fig
    ARV: $50 USD

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $2,050 USD.

Airfare, ground transportation, and travel-related expenses are not included. Winner is solely responsible for all transportation and related costs.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within forty-eight (48) hours after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @pinebrookmanor and must respond within twenty-four (24) hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Entrants must be following all required accounts at the time of winner selection and prize confirmation to be eligible.

7. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

All prize components are subject to availability, blackout dates, and scheduling constraints determined by Sponsor and participating partners.

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance or use.

9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Pine Brook Manor, I LOVE NY, Pick OCNY, Fogwood & Fig, Foundry42, Erin Witkowski Studios, and all other participating partners and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

10. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from all responsibility related to the Sweepstakes.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if events beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

12. GOVERNING LAW

All issues concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
