The Upper Delaware River & Hawk's Nest
We're lucky to be just a short drive from the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River. Think river overlooks, tree-lined roads and opportunities to kayak or take in the scenery. Hawk's Nest on Route 97 is a favorite for a quick, beautiful drive.
Little towns with plenty of personality
Sparrow Bush has one of our closest food stops at Mamma Grace Pizzeria, while Port Jervis is our nearest downtown for coffee, dining and everyday favorites. Don't miss Riverside Creamery for ice cream overlooking the Delaware River. Milford, Pennsylvania feels like something out of Stars Hollow, with historic buildings, walkable streets and charming shops. Narrowsburg, Warwick and Beacon make lovely longer outings if you have more time.
Music, theater & art near Pine Brook Manor
Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is one of the area's special destinations. Along with performances, its museum explores the history of the 1969 Woodstock festival. Forestburgh Playhouse brings professional musicals, plays and cabaret to an intimate Catskills theater, while Dia Beacon offers expansive contemporary art installations beside the Hudson River.

Monticello Motor Club is surprisingly close to the Manor. Its Team Challenge offers an exciting, instructor-led group driving experience. Book directly with the club in advance.
Something for every season
Come in fall for foliage drives and orchard visits, in winter for mountain adventures or The Kartrite Indoor Waterpark, and in warmer weather for river days, outdoor walks and family outings.

No need to overplan. Here are a few easy ideas to make your visit feel even more special.
A meal worth making time for
Whether it's brunch, a lovely lunch, an afternoon meal or a special dinner out, these are a few wonderful options near the Manor.
In Milford, Bar Louis is lovely for cocktails and a memorable meal, while the Delmonico Room offers an elegant setting for brunch and special occasions.
The Historic Dimmick Inn is a favorite for lunch after exploring Milford or a special evening out. Tom Quick Inn Restaurant is another charming choice for lunch or dinner.
For a Monticello outing, Solaia is a wonderful option for an unhurried Italian meal. For something sweet, Riverside Creamery in Port Jervis is a Manor favorite for homemade ice cream and its famous deep-fried ice cream.
Another interesting stop is Waterwheel Café, with its historic waterwheel and milling machinery. Restaurant hours vary, so check before visiting.
