The Inn at Pine Brook Manor
Eight individually designed rooms across our two historic houses, just steps from the wedding. Every room has its own private bathroom.

Parking is onsite, close to the Inn and event buildings. Follow the couple's arrival instructions.

Cell service can be spotty in our little valley. Connect to our open Pine Brook Manor Guest Wi-Fi network, with no password required. Enable Wi-Fi calling in your phone settings for more reliable calls. Coverage is strongest near buildings and may be limited on our trails.
For Inn guests
Each room has its own smart lock. You'll receive your entry code at check-in. Shared refrigerators are available for drinks. Guest rooms do not have individual mini-fridges.
Need a ride? Arrange transportation ahead of time, especially for evening pickup. Local taxis and rideshares can be limited.

When is breakfast at the Inn?
Homemade breakfast is included with your stay, along with coffee and tea. Breakfast is usually served between 8 and 10 AM, but wedding breakfast times may be coordinated by the couple. Please check with them for your group's timing.
Can I book an Inn room if I'm attending a wedding?
Absolutely. If a room appears as available in our online reservation system, you can book it. Rooms already held by the couple will not appear as available.
Are there rooms for families?
Families are welcome. Our rooms have different layouts, and the two historic houses have separate guest rooms rather than connecting rooms. If you're traveling with children or need a particular sleeping arrangement, please contact us before booking.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Inn guests are welcome to bring snacks and drinks. Shared refrigerators are available for storing drinks. Forestburgh General Store is a convenient stop for wine, beer, snacks, and prepared food.
Will there be a shuttle?
Some couples arrange shuttles and others don't. Check your invitation or the couple's wedding website for details. If you need your own transportation, arrange it in advance.
Can I take the train?
Port Jervis is the closest train station. The Manor isn't within walking distance, so please arrange a pickup or taxi before arriving. View station details.
Are accessible rooms available?
Yes. We have accessible king and queen rooms, along with accessible features in designated event spaces. For specific requirements, please contact hello@thepinebrookmanor.com before your visit.
Can I bring children or pets?
Check the wedding invitation to confirm whether children are included in the celebration. Pets aren't permitted at the Inn, except service animals as required by law.
What time can I arrive at the Inn?
Check-in begins at 3 PM and checkout is at 11 AM. If you need a different arrival or departure time, please contact us in advance. Requests depend on availability.
Where can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas near Heritage Hall. They're not permitted inside buildings or on porches and terraces.
