Is this a wedding expo?
No. The Pine Brook Manor Wedding Showcase is an immersive wedding experience designed to help couples experience the estate as it could feel during a wedding celebration. Rather than rows of vendor booths, you’ll explore styled spaces, meet wedding professionals, and experience different moments throughout the property.
Who should attend?
The event is designed for couples actively planning a wedding and exploring venues, vendors, and ideas for their celebration.
Is the event free?
Yes. Admission is complimentary, but advance registration is required.
Can we bring guests?
Yes. Couples may bring up to two guests. Please include all attendees when completing your RSVP.
How far is Pine Brook Manor from New York City?
Pine Brook Manor is approximately 90 minutes from New York City by car, making it an easy day trip for couples exploring Hudson Valley wedding venues.
What is the best way to get there?
Driving is the easiest option, and complimentary onsite parking is available. Guests coming by train can take NJ Transit to Port Jervis and arrange a local taxi from the station.
Can we get there by train?
Yes. NJ Transit service is available to Port Jervis. From there, Pine Brook Manor is a short local taxi ride away. Rideshare availability can be limited in the area, so we recommend scheduling transportation in advance.
Local options include JL Dispatching at (845) 856-3544, located at 99 Pike St, Port Jervis. They generally operate daily from roughly 4:00 AM to midnight, but advance scheduling is recommended. McCormick's Livery Service can also be reached at (845) 916-2258.
Will we be able to tour the property?
Yes. Guests are encouraged to explore the estate throughout the showcase and experience many of the spaces used for weddings and celebrations.
Will vendors be there?
Yes. You’ll have the opportunity to meet talented professionals across planning, photography, videography, florals, entertainment, beauty, rentals, food and beverage, content creation, and more.
Will the Pine Brook Manor team be there?
Absolutely. You’ll have the opportunity to meet the owners and members of the venue team throughout the event.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary onsite parking is available for all registered guests.
