No. The Pine Brook Manor Wedding Showcase is an immersive wedding experience designed to help couples experience the estate as it could feel during a wedding celebration. You’ll explore fully styled spaces, meet wedding professionals, and experience the different moments of a wedding weekend throughout the property.
Who’s this for?
The event is designed for couples actively planning a wedding and exploring venues, vendors, and ideas for their celebration.
Is admission complimentary?
Yes. Admission is complimentary, but advance registration is required.
Can we bring guests?
Yes. Couples may bring up to two guests. Please include all attendees when reserving your spot.
How far is Pine Brook Manor from New York City?
Pine Brook Manor is approximately 90 minutes from New York City by car, making it an easy day trip for couples exploring Hudson Valley wedding venues.
What's the best way to get there?
Driving is the easiest option, and complimentary onsite parking is available. Guests coming by train can take NJ Transit to Port Jervis and arrange a local taxi from the station.
Can we get there by train?
Yes. NJ Transit service is available to Port Jervis. From there, Pine Brook Manor is a short local taxi ride away. Rideshare availability can be limited in the area, so we recommend scheduling transportation in advance.
Local options include JL Dispatching at (845) 856-3544, located at 99 Pike St, Port Jervis. They generally operate daily from roughly 4:00 AM to midnight, but advance scheduling is recommended. McCormick's Livery Service can also be reached at (845) 916-2258.
Can we tour the property?
Yes. If you are considering touring Pine Brook Manor, we strongly recommend coming to the showcase. You’ll be able to explore the estate and experience the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, inn, and wedding-weekend spaces fully brought to life.
Is there a two-night stay experience?
Yes. One registered couple attending the showcase gets a two-night stay at the Pine Brook Manor inn. The stay can be used before the wedding, during the celebration, or after the big day, based on availability. We'll share details with registered guests at the event.
Are vendors going to be there?
Yes. The showcase currently includes 36 confirmed wedding professionals across planning, design, photography, video, drone, florals, rentals, linens, music, DJ, entertainment, calligraphy, live art, photo booth and audio guest book, catering, bar, dessert, pizza, gelato, dirty soda, hair, makeup, bridal fashion, content creation, and guest experiences.
Is the Pine Brook Manor team going to be there?
Absolutely. You’ll have the opportunity to meet the owners and members of the venue team throughout the event.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary onsite parking is available for all registered guests.
