Your people. Your vision.
Our whole estate.
Choose your place beneath the pines, gather for cocktails by the fire, celebrate in Heritage Hall, and stay awhile with the people you love. Here, the wedding is yours to imagine.
An extraordinary setting, without someone else's formula.
There's something special about having everyone you love together in one place. Arriving at the Inn, getting ready upstairs, wandering toward the water, gathering beneath the pines, and ending the evening with no need to rush away.
Our historic estate gives you the freedom to plan your celebration around what matters to you. Keep it beautifully simple and let the setting shine, or bring your own ideas to every detail. Both belong here.
Your guests and your story have the estate's attention throughout your reserved experience.
110 acres, distinctive indoor and outdoor locations, and the freedom to create your own flow.
Eight en-suite Inn rooms, relaxed breakfasts and the option to make a weekend of it.
Where will you say your vows?
Three very different outdoor settings, all on one estate. From an intimate woodland ceremony to waterfront views or a creekside exchange, choose the place that feels right.
Pine Grove
A quiet clearing among towering pines. Beautiful for couples who want nature to be part of the ceremony.
Grand Lawn
An open lawn framed by the Mill Pond and pines. Lovely for a scenic ceremony and a natural transition into cocktail hour.
Brookside Pergola
A more intimate setting near the brook, bridge and waterwheel, surrounded by the character of the old estate.
Prefer to marry indoors? Heritage Hall and Hidden Brook provide alternative ceremony possibilities, with layout and guest capacity planned together.
From the first toast to the last song.
The beauty of having different gathering spaces is how naturally the day can unfold. Here's a favorite flow, but not a rulebook. Every part can be shaped around your vision.
Hidden Brook, terrace & lawn
Gather around the fireplace, mingle over drinks and small bites, and spill onto the covered terrace and lawn. An easy, connected indoor-outdoor experience.
Heritage Hall
Upstairs, timber beams, distinctive lighting and thoughtfully chosen furnishings make a beautiful backdrop for dinner, toasts and dancing.
Hidden Brook or Mill House
Keep the evening going in the cozy Hidden Brook lounge, or explore a more intimate gathering at the Mill House. After-party plans are customized to the group and venue arrangements.
Want an outdoor dinner, a different reception layout, a fireside ceremony, a rehearsal gathering, or a welcome party? Let's build a celebration around your people, season and ideas, not a predetermined sequence.
The possibilities don't end with the timeline.
Some couples want a single beautiful day. Others want to welcome their closest people on Friday, celebrate on Saturday and share a relaxed breakfast together on Sunday.
We can also explore earlier arrivals, additional Inn nights, extra event days, welcome dinners, farewell brunches and more. You bring the idea. We'll talk through how to make it work, then prepare a proposal for the dates and experience you choose.
A beautiful foundation, without starting from scratch.
We love that the Manor can look wonderful with very little added to it. You can let the architecture and landscape shine, or style every detail to make it your own.
Your reserved experience includes use of the contracted event spaces and estate grounds, with only one wedding hosted at a time.
Custom artisan tables, banquet tables, Chiavari chairs, cocktail tables and selected lounge furnishings. Final inventory and setup depend on your layout.
Climate-controlled spaces, covered terraces, guest restrooms, getting-ready areas, onsite parking and a catering kitchen.
No required in-house caterer, no food-and-beverage minimum, and no fixed exclusive vendor list. Qualified vendors must meet licensing and insurance requirements.
We'll talk through layouts, property logistics and possibilities. Your planner or coordinator manages your day-of timeline and vendor team.
Add your own florals, lighting, rentals and finishing touches as desired. Separate ceremony seating, resets and special setups can involve additional costs.
And then, stay awhile.
There's something so special about waking up in the same place you celebrated. Our two historic houses offer eight individually styled guest rooms, each with a private bath, and homemade breakfast to begin the morning.
The Dunwald Suite is a favorite place to get ready, spend time with your people and slow down before the celebration begins.
Every love story is welcome here.
We proudly celebrate LGBTQ+ couples and believe every couple deserves to feel comfortable, supported and completely themselves on their wedding day.
Welcoming guests of different abilities matters just as much. Accessible parking, guest rooms, restrooms and routes to our principal celebration spaces are available. Because parts of the estate are historic and the natural grounds vary, we'll help you plan the best routes and arrangements for your guests.

These are some of the things couples ask us most often. If your vision is a little different, we'd love to hear about it.
How many guests can we invite?
Heritage Hall's upstairs reception typically accommodates approximately 140–150 guests, depending on your seating arrangement, dance floor and service needs. We can also explore alternative layouts, use of both levels, and approved tented plans for larger celebrations. Let's start with your guest count and the experience you have in mind.
What happens if it rains?
Heritage Hall and Hidden Brook offer beautiful indoor alternatives. We develop the right ceremony and reception backup plan around your guest count and layout before your wedding, rather than asking you to figure it out on the day.
Can we bring our own caterer, bar service and other vendors?
Yes. We have no required in-house caterer, no food-and-beverage minimum and no rigid exclusive vendor list. Your chosen professionals will need to meet licensing, insurance and venue requirements, including appropriate authorization for alcohol service. Our Planning Hub and team can help you get started.
What furniture and services are already included?
Our estate comes with a collection of custom artisan and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs, cocktail tables, selected lounge furnishings and essential event facilities. The available furniture and setup depend on your guest count and final layout. Separate ceremony chairs, specialty rentals, substantial room flips and extra labor may involve additional costs, which we'll discuss clearly during planning.
Does the Inn have enough rooms for everyone?
The Inn has eight en-suite guest rooms for up to 16 overnight guests. Some packages include the full Inn; weekday celebrations require a minimum of four rooms. For guests staying offsite, our Wedding Guest Guide includes nearby hotels, vacation homes and transportation considerations.
Can we add a welcome party, rehearsal dinner or extra Inn night?
Absolutely, depending on availability and the event arrangements. We can customize additional Inn nights, a welcome dinner, another event day, or a farewell gathering into a proposal. Organized alcohol service and additional gatherings may require separate permits, staffing or insurance.
Can we have an after-party?
Yes. Outdoor amplified music ends at 10 PM, and Hidden Brook is a favorite indoor after-party option. For smaller gatherings, we can explore using the Mill House when suitable for your party size and setup. All arrangements are subject to your contracted schedule and applicable requirements.
Is the estate accessible for guests with mobility needs?
We have accessible routes to principal event areas, designated parking, accessible restrooms and accessible Inn accommodations. The estate is historic and includes natural terrain, so we encourage you to share any specific access needs and we'll help plan appropriate routes and seating.
Will we need a wedding planner?
Our team helps with venue logistics and property access. We recommend having a planner or day-of coordinator to manage your vendors, timeline, ceremony cues and the details of your celebration. Ask us about the coordination options and vendors we recommend.
How do we check dates and secure a wedding?
Request our Wedding Guide or schedule a planning call to talk through your preferred dates, guest count and options. We can then arrange a private visit and prepare a tailored proposal. A date is confirmed through a signed agreement and required deposit, not just an initial inquiry.
We'd love to hear what you're imagining.
Maybe you have every detail in mind. Maybe you're only beginning to picture it. Either way, tell us what matters most and we'll help explore what's possible.
